What days will my future service occur on?

We will aim for the same days for each of your service weeks, but days are subject to change. We operate based on service weeks. If you are ever missed completely on one of your scheduled weeks (please refer to the next question). If you want to confirm your scheduled dates, feel free to ask us here General Inquiry.

What if a service is missed?

You will be contacted, credited, and scheduled asap the following week. If you ever suspect a service was missed and did not receive a text please let us know. It is very rare that we ever miss a service, and if we do it's usually the result of some major weather event (hurricanes). What is your late payment policy?

Late payment will result in service interruption. We will send you a follow-up Payable invoice to your email and a reminder text. We understand life happens sometimes, so if you ever need extra time to pay let us know and we'll do our best to keep you scheduled. If you want to start auto-pay or update your current card on file, you can here Update Payment.

Can I pay by check?

Yes, but we prefer not. The mail system is unreliable & slow. Through your emailed invoice you can pay by eCheck using the same routing/account number at the bottom of your check, It's very secure and instant. **If paying by mailed check, please keep in mind that any delay could result in service interruption.** Our bill mailing address is: PO BOX 300-414, FERN PARK, FL 32730

Its late in the week & I still haven't seen my crew.

We don't prefer to work weekends, but we will if need be. If the week is nearing an end and you haven't received your service it's not too late. Our crews work Monday - Saturday until about 7 pm. We understand weekends are not ideal, so we will always do our best to service during the week. If you want to confirm your scheduled dates, feel free to ask us here General Inquiry.

Can I change my service plan?

Yes! You can change your plan whenever you want. A lot of people will downgrade in the winter and upgrade in spring. Every yard is different so we leave that up to you. If you want to change your service plan now, you can here Change Service Frequency.

Can I cancel my service plan?

Yes. Though we don't like to see you go, you can cancel any time for any reason. If service quality is ever a factor in your decision to cancel please let us know. If we do have to part, we want to make it's on a good note. If you want to cancel now, you can here Cancel Service.

I'm moving, do you service my new area?

We currently service most of Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Volusia, Lake, & Polk Counties. Some of our busy areas are Orlando, Maitland, Winter Park, Altamonte Springs, Winter Springs, Oviedo, Longwood, Lake Mary, Sanford, Casselberry, Fern Park, Apopka, Conway, Belle Isle, Kissimmee, Hunters Creek, Windermere, UCF area, Southchase, Clermont, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Gotha, Metro West, Doctor Phillips, Williamsburg, Lake Buena Vista, Buena Ventura Lakes, and many surrounding areas. What other services do you offer?

If you are already on our mowing schedule and have other landscape work to do, please check with us. Most of the year we are booked with maintenance routes, but when the schedule allows we offer many other services including; Landscape Clean up & Debris Haul-away. I'm not finding the answer I need.

Please contact us using one of the menu options at the top of this page. Most inquiries will be answered within 3 hours, or the next day if after 6 pm.
