Panda Landscape Services LLC d/b/a Panda Lawn Care (“Panda,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)
Effective Date: July 7, 2025
1. SCOPE
This Privacy Policy explains how Panda collects, uses, stores, and protects information obtained through https://pandalawncare.com (the “Site”), our mobile and desktop applications, and our customer-support SMS/text program (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. See our separate SMS/Text Message Terms in the next section.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
• Contact & account data – name, street address, e-mail address, mobile or land-line number
• Service details – lawn size, property photos you upload, service preferences
• Inquiry content – text, e-mail, and web-form messages you send us
• Technical data – IP address, device/browser type, referral URL, cookies
• Consent logs – timestamp, form URL, IP and User-Agent for each SMS opt-in
• Payment data – If you pay online, card data is processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers or CVV codes.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
• Provide and schedule lawn-care services and generate quotes
• Send service reminders, invoices, appointment updates, and pricing links you request
• Respond to customer-support requests
• Send promotional offers only if you have given express consent
• Maintain internal records, analytics, and legal compliance
4. LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
We rely on (i) performance of a contract; (ii) your affirmative consent (e.g., checking the SMS opt-in box); (iii) legitimate interests not overridden by your rights; and (iv) compliance with legal obligations.
5. SMS/TEXT MESSAGING (“TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM”)
By opting in—via our web-form checkbox or by initiating contact and requesting information—you consent to receive SMS messages from 407-319-9973 for conversational (customer-service) and informational (quotes, scheduling) purposes. Marketing/promotional texts (up to six per month) require prior express written consent via the web-form checkbox. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
6. THIRD-PARTY SHARING
SMS opt-in or phone numbers for the purposes of SMS are not being shared with any third party or affiliate company for marketing purposes. We do not sell or rent your personal information. Service providers act solely on our behalf:
• Stripe – secure payment processing
• Google Analytics – cookie-based traffic statistics
• RingCentral – routing of calls and texts
7. DATA RETENTION
• SMS consent logs: 4 years (TCPA safe harbor)
• Service and billing records: 7 years (IRS guideline)
• Marketing lists: deleted or anonymized after you opt out or 24 months of inactivity
• Cookies and analytics: 26 months or less
You may request earlier deletion where legally permissible (see Section 9).
8. SECURITY
We use HTTPS encryption, access controls, and RingCentral/Stripe tokenization. No system is 100 percent secure.
9. YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
• Unsubscribe from e-mails via the link provided
• Text STOP to end SMS messages
• Request access, correction, or deletion at privacy@pandalawncare.com or https://pandalawncare.com/help
• California residents may exercise CPRA rights in the same ways.
10. AGE
Services are not directed to anyone under 18; we do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
Updates take effect when posted with a new Effective Date. Material changes will be announced on the Site or by e-mail.

SMS TERMS

1- SMS Consent Communication:
The information (Phone Numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
2- Types of SMS Communications:
If you have consented to receive text messages from PANDA LANDSCAPE SERVICES LLC, you may receive messages related to the following:

Account notification: Billing reminders, scheduling links, payment links, and service completion notices.

Customer care regarding customer service tickets.

Marketing: schedule service, discount codes, conversational sales support, and notices regarding new orders.
Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder of your upcoming appointment with PANDA LANDSCAPE SERVICES LLC at [Location] on [Date] at [Time]. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from PANDA LANDSCAPE SERVICES LLC at any time."
3- Message Frequency:
Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. For example, you may receive up to 12 SMS messages per week related to your [appointments/billing, etc.].
Example:
"Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 12 SMS messages per week regarding your appointments or account status."
4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier’s pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

You may opt-in to receive SMS messages from PANDA LANDSCAPE SERVICES LLC in the following way:

6- Opt-Out Method:
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list.
7- Help:

Additional Options:
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.
